I started my fitness journey at the age of 12 when I began training in martial arts. From then up until now I’ve seen all walks of the fitness industry ranging from combat sports and strength training, all the way to nutrition and recovery.
I’ve been helping people achieve a disciplined mindset for many years now, along with the physical form they desire.
I’m very passionate about helping others find happiness and feel good about themselves. I believe that when you feel good, you excel in life.
For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights and hitting the bag. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, getting necessary rest and sleep, along with keeping a disciplined mindset that is vital if you want to be the best version of yourself.
